Misadventure May
Misadventure May was originally created by Matt Johns as a 30 day drawing challenge that I have always loved since I discovered it. However creating a drawing every single day can be a real challenge sometimes working full-time, so with the help of my community on Discord we created a short “stress-free” list with broad prompts for optimal creativity.

Creating the list.
Using Canva.com and with input from my community we collectively created a shorten list to create a “stress-free” art challenge for creatives that do a lot in their daily lives already.
Stars of the Show.
Following the order of my prompt list I created my cast of character for the challenge.
The Land.
The prompt “Land” I knew I wanted to create a three post spread so when looking at my profile grid on Instagram you see a whole connected piece. I also wanted to play with a color shift as the characters walked through the land.
